We aim to have orders processed, packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

What does it cost to ship my order?

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping for all orders within Canada and the Continental USA. Any orders outside of these territories will be subject to extra shipping rates, duties and taxes. There is a shipping calculator at checkout for your easy convenience.

Where do you ship?

We have negotiated great rates worldwide and are proudly able to ship to most locations that Fed-ex services (Sorry no APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Boxes). Rates can be easily calculated at checkout by providing your shipping address. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please always submit a valid street address for your shipment.

What is your Return and Refund policy?

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your recent purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) must have all original tags attached and be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

Returns on regular priced items will be refunded to your original form of payment, less a $10.00 restocking fee.

Returns on sale priced items will be eligible for an e-credit, less a $10.00 restocking fee.

All items listed as final sale on the product description page will not be eligible for return or e-credit as they are final sale.
